Program Overview
The ido4 pilot program is a limited early access initiative designed to help engineering teams integrate AI into their development workflow. This program allows select teams to shape the product while receiving hands-on support.
What's Included
- Full access to ido4 CLI tool and all current features
- 30-minute onboarding call to understand your workflow
- Weekly office hours for questions and support
- Priority bug fixes and feature requests
- Direct Slack/Discord channel access to the ido4 team
- Documentation and integration guides
What's NOT Included
- 24/7 support (we're a small team)
- Custom feature development outside the product roadmap
- On-premise deployment or air-gapped environments
- SLAs or uptime guarantees
- Integration with proprietary or closed-source tools
Participant Requirements
- Engineering team of 3+ developers
- Active software development projects
- Existing task management system (GitHub Issues, Jira, Linear, etc.)
- Willingness to provide weekly feedback
- Commitment to use ido4 for at least 4 weeks
- Participation in bi-weekly 30-minute feedback calls
Our Commitments
- Respond to critical issues within 24 business hours
- Provide weekly product updates and improvements
- Maintain backwards compatibility during the pilot
- Give 30 days notice before any major changes
- Keep your data secure and never share it with third parties
Data & Privacy
ido4 processes metadata about your development workflow (task IDs, status changes, dependencies) but never accesses your source code without explicit permission. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You retain full ownership of your data and can request deletion at any time.
Pilot Duration & Transition
The pilot program runs for 12 weeks from your onboarding date. Participants will receive:
- 30 days notice before pilot ends
- Exclusive discount on the production version
- Grandfathered features based on your feedback
- Smooth migration path to the production release
Limitations & Disclaimers
This is pre-release software provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for reliability:
- Features may change or be removed based on feedback
- Occasional downtime may occur for updates
- Not recommended for mission-critical production use
- No liability for any issues arising from pilot use
Termination
Either party may exit the pilot program at any time with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, we'll provide a data export and 30 days to transition.
